Support your community's volunteer-run, donation-funded shelter.
Regional SPCA is a 100% volunteer-run, donation-funded organization originally founded as Regional Animal Shelter in 2002.
Our mission is to engage the hearts, hands, and minds of the community to help animals. We provide immediate shelter and care for any homeless or abused animals and either reunite these animals with their owners or find them new, loving homes. We will actively promote animal and owner education, training, and public awareness to improve the lives of the animals in our community and beyond.
We receive no state or government funding, not any assistance from any national organizations. 100% of your donation goes towards the care of the animals. We thank you for your continued support!
A little about our funds:
The Shelter Fund runs the shelter and takes care of day-to-day and routine vet care for our animals. Any non-designated donation goes into this fund.
Annie's Emergency Medical Fund takes care of animals that enter Regional in need of critical or unusual vet care. Any specialty funds raised for care of specific animals, like those seized in cruelty investigations, will go into this fund if more is raised than needed.
The Training and Rehab Fund allows dogs who need a little extra help adjusting to a new life get the assistance they need through specialized training.
The New Building Fund will allow Regional to expand in size and services to better benefit the animals and humans in our community.
The Pawsitivity Program, in partnership with Hale Creek Correctional Facility, is an in-residence based training program to help dogs to learn basic obedience skills to help them become more adoptable.
